Attorney Levine possesses the invaluable experience of beginning his legal career by working for the government where he first defended, then later prosecuted criminal cases of all types ranging from summary traffic violations to violent felony allegations.

It is this background in criminal defense and criminal prosecution that makes him particularly well-equipped to represent clients’ interests in criminal matters.

Beginning his career as an Assistant Public Defender, Attorney Levine tried his first jury trial within 2 weeks of his hire, obtaining an acquittal for his client. During his time in the Public Defender’s Office, Attorney Levine successfully defended dozens of cases argued at trial, with a remarkable acquittal rate.

Attorney Levine was so successful in defending the accused, that he was offered and accepted a position as an Assistant District Attorney in the same county, where he gained experience prosecuting the same broad range of criminal offenses that he previously defended. As an Assistant District Attorney, Attorney Levine successfully obtained dozens of convictions at trial.

In moving to the private sector to focus on representing individuals and business entities, Attorney Levine established Benjamin Levine Law, LLC, located in Cranberry Township, PA.
